The easy and secure way to log in to qkzz
Many users assume that logging in to an online platform is complicated. qkzz changes that. All it takes is your mobile number and password, and you're in within seconds. If you've forgotten your mobile number or password, you can also log in with an OTP — no password required.
Qkzz offers three ways to log in: with your mobile number and password, with your email and password, or with an OTP — no password needed. These options are available because different users have different preferences.
Having trouble logging in?
The most common issue is a forgotten password. Click the "Forgot Password?" button, send an OTP to your registered mobile number, then use the code to set a new password — the whole process takes under 2 minutes.
The second common issue is an "Account Lock" — this typically happens after 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, which temporarily locks your account. Wait 30 minutes or log in directly using an OTP.
Tips: Enabling "Remember Me" means you won't need to enter your password every time on your personal device. Do not use this option on public or shared devices.
Tips for a Secure Login
A few things to keep in mind to keep your qkzz account secure:
- Use a strong password — avoid using your name or date of birth
- Qkzz will never ask for your password via SMS or phone call — never share it with anyone who does
- Always log out after using qkzz on an unfamiliar device
- If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately
- It's good practice to change your password once every 3 months

Multi-Device Login
Qkzz lets you stay logged in on both your phone and computer at the same time. For security, however, it is recommended to keep active sessions on no more than 3 devices simultaneously.
You can log out all active sessions on other devices at once from your account settings. This is especially useful if your phone is lost or stolen.
