There are two options at qkzz — Temporary Suspension and Permanent Closure।

Temporary Suspension (Cooling-Off): You can self-suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days via Account Settings → "Responsible Gaming". During this period you will not be able to log in, but your balance will remain intact. The account reactivates automatically once the period ends.

Permanent Closure: To permanently delete your account, contact support via Live Chat or email. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Requests are processed within 48 hours.

• Temporary Suspension: can be done yourself via Settings
• Permanent Closure: requires a request to Support
• In either case, it's best to withdraw your balance first

Qkzz's policy is — One account per person Permitted. This is strictly enforced.

However, two separate people in the same household (such as a husband and wife or siblings) who register with different mobile numbers and identities are generally permitted. But if the same person opens two accounts, both accounts will be immediately Permanently closed and your balance may be forfeited.

• Duplicate accounts: strictly prohibited
• Two separate individuals from the same household: permitted under different identities
• Multiple registrations from the same IP or device: the system flags these automatically
• If in doubt, contact support first

To participate in qkzz Minimum age: 18 years. This policy is part of international gaming regulations and responsible gaming guidelines.

A date of birth is required at registration. Before your first withdrawal, you must verify your age through KYC (Know Your Customer) using a national ID or passport. If someone registers with false information:

• Account will be closed immediately
• All accumulated winnings will be forfeited
• Future registration on qkzz may be permanently banned
